Loan Clerk

Seeking a detailed-oriented loan clerk who also excels at customer service.

Assist member with questions and problems regarding account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates and investment certificates. Cross sells credit union services.

Responsible for reviewing loan files, closed loan reports and processing lien releases. Mail delinquency notices and loan coupons daily. Run reports and pull loan files for the branch as needed. Post mortgage/car insurance and maintain files for cancellations. Scan loan documents, file and handle a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
