With wire transfers, you can send or receive funds to or from financial institutions all over the world. For your protection, if requesting a wire online or over the phone, we will verify your identity using a phone number we have on file. Please make sure all information we have is current.

To ensure a successful and timely wire transfer, the following information is required to send a wire transfer from your account at CU Community to an account at another financial institution:

  • Domestic
    1. Receiving Financial Institution's Name, City, and State
    2. Receiving Financial Institution's ABA (or Routing & Transit) number
    3. Recipient or Beneficiary's name, address and account number
    4. Any special instructions
  • International
    1. A U.S. Correspondent Bank
    2. Foreign Bank's Name, City, Country, and Branch Location
    3. Foreign Bank's Account or SWIFT code
    4. Recipient's or Beneficiary's name, address and account number
    5. Any special instructions
  • Ready to send a wire transfer?
  • Simply complete a Domestic Wire Transfer Form or an International Wire Transfer Form and fax it back to (417) 865.5468, submit it in person at one of our locations, or call us. For your security, we require a signature for all outgoing wire transfers. Wire fees apply.
